Shipping and returns
- Special order parts cannot be returned! A number of parts are deemed special order parts and these require additional time to locate, purchase and receive in for shipment to you.
- Shipping Cost is to be paid by Consumer
- The shipping cost for the larger items is calculated differently. If the package is long, the shipping courier will charge extra for it's size.
- Shipments to USA of extra sized parcels ( longest side grater then 150cm )by International Economy Post is not possible. All large parcels will be shipped by Fedex
- The manufacturer's catalog includes the physical weight of the items in the price list, but I'm afraid there is nowhere we can see the volume weight until the parts actually arrive. If we have ever shipped the parts before, we change the weight
- The customs in your country may charge a fee for importing goods. We are not responsible for the custom's fees. Providing accurate contact information is customers responsibility.
- Express Package Services:
Additional surcharge EUR 45.00 / shipment might be applied before dispatch, to a shipment containing any package that:
