Shipping cost is calculated on a per-item basis of dimensions and weight. That's why sometimes we are asking additinal shipping cost.

Shipping costs on multiple orders - some orders require the shipping of items in more than one box. In these instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, and you will only be charged one low delivery price.The shipping charge itselfs does include work of our warehouse, packaging materials- cartons, pallets etc. 

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS

Item availability

If a car part is currently not in our warehouse, we will order it from a supplier warehouse. This may delay its delivery to you for 10-15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier's specific terms and availability of the goods in stock.

Destination country

Our principal warehouse facilities are located in Latvia. Shipping to non-neighbouring countries may take 5–7 days. (express courier)


Failures in the work of delivery companies

Shipping times depend heavily on delivery services. Festive days, bank holidays, and also weather conditions all influence shipping speeds

Shipping bulky items

If box is more than 150 cm, this will be counted as fright / overall dimensions, freight shipping services will be used. This can't be shipped via Post or EMS (cheapest way).

To avoid delays, you must supply your phone number and the name and address of the destiny location. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. An adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

IMPORTANT

PLEASE CONSIDER THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER AND YOUR COUNTRY LAWS.

PLEASE TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT IF PAYMENT IS DONE VIA PAYPAL, SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE THE SAME AS MENTIONED ON PAYMENT, IF IT SHOULD BE CHANGED YOU CAN MANAGE IT MANUALLY CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS.
